Tenuta Serradesca was a manor house that, since the beginning of the twentieth century, has been home to various families. It is known in the area as ‘Il Cadì’.

In 2012, Tenuta Serradesca was first noticed thanks to a brilliant intuition by Fabio Acquaroli, the founder of the Acquaroli Group. He discovered this parcel of land and these buildings thanks to the suggestion of a local winemaker. From that day, processes of analyzing the building began (considering it from various perspectives: engineering, architectural, and design). Immediately, there was a desire to create a comprehensive project that had an agricultural nature but at the same time could be successfully placed in the world of hospitality and events. The vineyards were planted right away in 2012 (the hexagonal vineyard with Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, the vineyards along the borders with Incrocio Manzoni). Then we moved on to landscape choices: how to design the hills, where to mark the land with gravel roads, where to place the ornamental pool, and how to separate the various working areas. From the beginning, we sought to harmoniously combine agricultural production with the aspect of hospitality, creating a true and unique entity that over the years has been recognized as a milestone in the new era of receptions.

Tenuta Serradesca, from its early events, has been led by Maria Acquaroli and Stefano Capelli, who over the years have developed the concept of country-chic, building a true emotional experience.

For almost 10 years now, Tenuta Serradesca has been constantly renewing itself with new ideas, spaces, aesthetics, dishes, vegetable cultivations, and sensory experiences. The path is set, envisioning a future filled with contemporaneity, becoming a true reference point for elegant, dynamic, and international receptions. Within its walls operates a well-established team of professionals who are acquainted and understanding, showing mutual respect and working toward the shared goal of setting higher standards.
