Hospitality is a family affair. It all started with great-grandparents Ignazio and Pina and their inn with a kitchen and bocce game in the Colognola neighborhood of Bergamo. Then came Grandfather Ernesto and Grandmother Antonia with their establishment in Bergamo Bassa called ‘Tito’ and the ‘Baretto di San Vigilio’ in Bergamo Alta. The catering tradition continued with Fabio and today with his children Andrea and Maria.

So, generation after generation, the craft of hosting and serving has gradually become ingrained in the Acquaroli DNA, and today they can proudly say they are a family of restaurateurs spanning four generations.

Inheriting the management of the family businesses, Fabio Acquaroli revitalized them, leading to the successful idea of organizing weddings in historic buildings in 1986. The Acquaroli Ricevimenti group thus takes care of its first venue in the Bergamo area: Castello di Marne.

The Castello is followed by the management of the eighteenth-century Villa Acquaroli at Carvico and theCastello di Monasterolo situated on the shores of Lake Endine. Locations with a distinct and unique identity, which year after year host numerous events and emotions.

Since 2015, Maria Acquaroli’s Tenuta Serradesca seamlessly blends agricultural production with the art of hospitality within the Acquaroli Group, creating a place that has become a symbol of a new era in receptions.

The management of Tenuta Serradesca is followed by La Corte e il Sogno, A wedding venue in Trescore Balneario that also hosts the production of wines from the Piwi grape varieties.

In 2022 Capannina al Lago was founded, at Spinone al lago (BG), on the shores of Lake Endine
